I teach third grade here in CA. We'll be starting in math with place value and number sense. I really want to spend much more time on a foundational number sense at the beginning of the year. There are always a handful that really don't seem to have that. Anyway, congrats on your milestone!

Math will be making five using dot cards and ten frames. Language, I am working on doing something different this year, so I am not exactly sure what that will be as of yet.
